Hello, my name is Shannon and l and the founder of Fuel Your Soul.

I’m so excited that you are here as I would like to think this means you are thinking about taking steps in your life to realize a goal, bring about some balance, or embark on an exciting new journey.  

As a society, it goes without saying that the pressures on our time can feel insurmountable. Finding balance day by day can be a challenge in and of itself. Staying grounded and in touch with ones true self....well, often that can just seem like a dream.

But... Dreams do come true! If you can imagine it, you can achieve it! If you can dream it, you can become it. And when you have lost all sight of the shore... know you are safe. New oceans are about to be discovered. There is a blank canvas in which you can paint any way you envision.

My path to becoming a life coach came from my own personal “hell and back” experience. It is my life’s purpose to work with others to help enable them to live their best lives – this is truly what fuels my soul.
